1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Piizii ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Piizii is a WhatsApp Business communication platform that enables businesses to manage their WhatsApp Business API accounts, send and receive messages, manage contacts, and automate workflows through the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You may not:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages without consent.
  • Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Violate WhatsApp's terms of service or messaging policies.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Platform's security.

5. WhatsApp Business API

Use of WhatsApp Business API through our Platform is subject to Meta's terms and policies. We act as a technical service provider and are not responsible for Meta's decisions regarding your WhatsApp Business account, including account restrictions or suspensions imposed by Meta.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your end users before collecting or processing their data through the Platform.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by Meta, WhatsApp, or other third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
